Live Execution

Performs under pressure, in real time, with people watching.

Before I build anything, I run the live event. This is where the operator instinct comes from — reading a room, adjusting on the fly, no do-overs. Every tool inBuilder traces back to a night like these.

DJ / MC & day-of coordinator — Complete Weddings + Events

Runs 25–40 live weddings and events a year120+ completedacross central Indiana — reading the floor and adjusting song flow in real time rather than running a fixed playlist. Often doubles as day-of coordinator: primary point of contact on the timeline, orchestrating 2–5 vendors per event so the night stays seamless. Crowds run 100–250 guests, the largest 1,000, at venues including The Omni, Ritz Charles, Regions Tower, and Laurel Hall.

Selected events: Campion (Barn at Bay Horse Inn), Gill (The Wilds), Milholland (Three Fat Labs), Long-Merits (Laurel Hall), Kane (Ghibli / Tyler Childers theme), Aping, Lowers (alt/rock, no rap, no country), Nortel (The Sycamore at Mallow Run).

Fight-sport content — BKFC

Produces fighter interview content and shoot plans under event-day time pressure for BKFC athletes Cameron “Jumpman” VanCamp and Damien Black (Indy Boxing and Grappling). Nashville media-credential research in progress.

Olympic weightlifting

Competes in and films USAW-sanctioned weightlifting meets, working IWF-rule live scoring and broadcast logistics. That deep rules familiarity is exactly what madeMind Games possible — the live experience fed the software.

Operations at scale — before the events

The live-event instinct didn’t come from nowhere. It was built on years of high-throughput operations where the same rules apply — volume, deadlines, and a team that has to stay in sync.

This is the operations spine behind the AGM chapter — the same execute-under-pressure profile, applied to logistics and teams rather than a dance floor.
